It seems that everyone has their own blog these days, so I have decided to start one too!
I have been adding a forum to my website http://www.amethystjewellery.com/ and although I have a blog on there, it is usually just site updates and a list of events where I will be selling my jewellery designs or where I will next be selling beads and findings.
I have recently started making bags again (I used to sell hessian and embroidered bags many years ago) and I have lots of ideas for making some new designs. I have a fledgling website for my bags, but as there is nothing much to show yet, is will remain a dark secret until I have something worthwhile to show on it!
I am also moving away from selling at Craft Fairs because it seems that everyone is making jewellery these days and it is not much fun competing with about 20 other stalls at these events. I will be concentrating more on outdoor markets and will be promoting my website too.
So, lets see how it goes in 2010.
